About The Cause
The fashion and creative industries are plagued by mental health challenges that remain largely unspoken. Depression, anxiety, and toxic workplace behaviors affect professionals at every level, yet the conversation rarely happens openly.
Mind Your Fashion was founded by Jude Kingston, a fashion industry veteran with nearly 30 years of global experience. After witnessing countless colleagues struggle with mental illness and experiencing a devastating personal crisis in 2016 that led to thoughts of suicide, Jude recognized an urgent need for change.
Our Mission: To raise awareness about mental health in fashion and creative industries, break down stigma, and create systemic change that prioritizes wellbeing alongside creativity.
From New York Fashion Week to studios worldwide, mental health challenges in our industry are universal. The invisible scars are real, but so is the possibility for change.
Your support helps us transform industry culture and provide vital support for creative professionals who need it most.
